The hotel was perfect - the room was grand, pool was beautiful. WiFi worked very well. The restaurant and cuisine was delicious. Everyone on the team was super helpful. Special shoutout to Jack at the pool !

My husband and I spent a special birthday weekend with our friends from Atlanta, Austin, and the new ones we met at El Encanto. My preference for hotels when traveling is to have a 5-star boutique/charm/ local vibe. El Encanto nails it. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly nestled on the Santa Barbara hillside which feels like a wonderfully kept secret. The rooms and the overall property were impeccably maintained and gorgeous to see. However, it was truly the staff at El Encanto who made our stay magical...Brendan, Richard, and of course Daileah to name a few. We couldn't have been more pleased with every single detail and can't wait to go back!
